Board Member

She has been a resident of Hancock County since 1994 when her husband Tom began his medical practice at Hancock Regional Hospital. She has a Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology from Bowling Green State University, working in many hospital labs and at Boehringer Mannheim. She has been on the WRC board since Dec. 2022. Previously, she served on the Friends of the Library Board. She cannot remember a time in her life when she was not volunteering or engaging in philanthropic activities. Some of her favorites over the years have been assisting at Red Cross donation drives, judging science fair projects since high school, and teaching 5th graders presentation skills. Recently, she has provided a Free Little Library in her small town in Ohio that she keeps stocked when visiting. She continues to volunteer at our local food pantry too. During her free time, she will have her nose in a book—prefers historical fiction. She also enjoys flower gardening with a persistent endeavor to get her hands on new varieties. Most importantly she likes traveling and going on adventures with her husband and her two grown sons, Luke and Nolan.
